Arena Leisure is located opposite Tallaght Stadium home of Shamrock Rovers Football Club, adjoining Maldron Hotel Tallaght. We are a 25,000sqft health & fitness club which offers everyone, no matter what your age or fitness level, the opportunity to improve your health & fitness as well as have fun. We offer inspiration and support in comfortable, friendly surroundings fitted out with state of the art equipment and the latest Group Fitness Programs.

Arena Leisure offers members one to one instruction, individual exercise programs, a varied class timetable and pool/aqua suite. We are here to help our members achieve their exercise/fitness goals through free assessments, programs which are managed and followed up by our instructors every four to six weeks.
